People usually feed their preferred test date under 1 hour of refreshing the DVSA website while using our Booking Assist app.
However, the above statement is more true when people refresh the website at certain time of the day. Inline with that, I made Booking Assist is available on all platforms so that you can browse the DVSA website while working on your computer. Or from your phone while on a bus, and everywhere.
In a recent feedback, a user mentioned how the only time they could use the app was before 9AM and after 8PM on weekdays. In contrast, people find more cancellations between 12PM to 6PM weekdays. As a result, this user asked for additional support.
I’ve thought about how to provide this additional support safely and I have come up with the following option.
I’m offering to help a few supporters with booking their test each week. Once I’m able to book all tests, I’ll open the room for more supporters.
